Protein drink question for weight loss: how much should I drink?
when an article says we need .15-.25 grammes of protein per pound of body weight, does that mean for the whole day? or per serving? And if its per serving, well how many servings a day should we have?
The recommendation is actually .8 grams per kilogram of your bodyweight per day for the average person. Taking protein will not necessarily lead to weight loss.
