I attribute most of this to the excess body fat that I am carrying, but I can also attribute some of this to muscularity.  I would like to lean out in the leg area, other than diet, and cardiovascular excercise, how do I properly train my legs? Should I continue to lift heavy? Do I need to decrease the amount of weight lifted? Thanks for the help.</description>
