when you say to only use 9-12 sets for your biceps, is that the isolation exercises only? or do you make any change if youve already hit them some by working back?

They are the most intense form of cardio training equip. available and burn 2x as many calories and as a result fat quickly.. Try doing 30-40 min 3-4x per week!

I have some fairly bulky legs. I attribute most of this to the excess body fat that I am carrying, but I can also attribute some of this to muscularity. I would like to lean out in the leg area, other than diet, and cardiovascular excercise, how do I properly train my legs? Should I continue to lift heavy? Do I need to decrease the amount of weight lifted? Thanks for the help.
