		<description>&lt;b&gt;are u the atkins ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; are u the atkins expert?are u a doctor?just because it works for you and you had hardly any side affects doesnt mean everyone does.i was on it 6 months and i was always tired had no energy kept catching colds.oh i lost 60 pounds in 6 months but i got kidney stones and gout which was caused by atkins.atkins raises your cholesterol also.i wouldnt suggest this diet to no one its not healty to do away with carbs.on indution u get only 20 but thats like in your cheese or drinks</description>

I understand that people find goals useful for motivation, but unless I needed to lose weight in a certain time for a very specific purpose, I think the idea goes against the the true definition of &#039;diet&#039; which should be a long-term commitment, not a fad.

Followers will lose good weight without a goal.</description>
