Help losing to get to goal in June. Size 5?

Okay right now I am a size 7, and some jeans are 9s just depending on the jean brands. I wanna be a size 5, but I am stuck. I recently gained 5 pound over christmas, which made me go to 145 but I have lost and now am 141.8 in about 1-3 weeks. I have been reducing my exercise…I went for an hour walk the other day because it was nice outside, but now its cold allover again.
I currently take in about 600-1200 caloreis a day. It varies depending on what I eat. Yesterday was about 900 or more.
How many calories do you burn on average in one day? I want to find the exact amount I burn. What are those things called that actaully calculate your calorie burn?
How can I get into a size 5 jeans by June and get rid of flab? I need to lose to 130lbs. How can I do it? I eat tons of veggies, but I do eat cookies. Well, this morning my mom made cookies. I had about 10 of them. Notreally because I only picked out the little peanut butter chips and threw the rest out. It keeps me from eating too many.
What exactly does vinegar do? I’ve been drinking about a T every morning and it seems to be curving my cravings.
What can I do? I’m stuck and have tried tons of diets, especially weight watchers. (which i gained with)

No I have never felt faint b/c all i eat is fruits, veggies, chicken, nuts, ect. soy milk…you get the picture. If i get the right amount of nutrients then I’ll be okay

Your calorie intake is WAY too low. I’m surprised you have not encountered extreme fatigue or even passed out.
Vinegar (especially apple cider vinegar) contains many nutrients ad plays a role in improving most all the major systems of the body. The manner in which it works is not universally agreed upon, but it is known to reduce hunger.
You mentioned exercise but very low amounts. Is there some sort of indoor facility you could use? Possibly even increasing your intensity to something more than a walk.
Please do calculate your calories burned per day, I think you will be surprised and hopefully understand that you are starving your body by limiting yourself to so few calories.

I know I won’t be that helpful, but why are you only intaking 600-1200 calories per day? that’s about 200-400 calories per meal, which isn’t all that much especially if you are exercising. I think the best thing to do to lose weight is to exercise more; not eat less. You can set up a daily workout routine for yourself, such as going jogging, doing push-ups, curl-ups, or partake in a sports club. That’s what I would do. It may not make you drop down to 130lbs since you’ll gain muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. However, this will help trim your body to look more slender.
I would chew on sugarless gum to help curb my cravings. However, you don’t need to be a size 5, a size 7 is fine. Most of my friends are size 7 and they’re still gorgeous. (not kidding) I don’t even realize they are size 7 until they say it.

as for the diet. get the right diet. eat small meal 4 to 5 times daliy and get rid of all your junk foods and drink plenty of water and no sodas please
