— 1 Seedless Watermelon (personal sized) Leave the peel ON, if organic!

We are way out in …
We are way out in the middle of nowhere 7 miles up a hill from a very, very small town! and 3 miles deep into a dead end road! There are no passers-by here and there is a lock at the gate. And whoever said we don’t pay to park, of course we do! It is a very private and secluded RV park, many of the people in town don’t even know that we exist up here. :D

@liferegenerator i dont think it matters in your situation cause u got like 0% body fat, i got lots of catching up to do lol. plus ur an active guy (swimming, running) so you probably burn off the sugar. im not that active cause of bad knees and i just recently started eating healthy. i think minimum fruit juicing wont hurt. thanks for the response!

I never have those effects myself but I do like to eat the fruit whole for the most part and drink the greens and low sugar fruits in yummy juices! There may be some truth to that but you will have to try it out and see for yourself! Just find a way to consume as much fruits and vegetables as possible! :D

Some people use the pulp in various concoctions they make up such as a veggie dessert or ‘bread’ or whatnot (I don’t do this personally, so don’t have a recipe for it), or you could just compost it. Keep in mind if you were to eat the fruits and veggies whole, then the pulp is the stuff that would normally be, um….hopefully you catch my drift! :D
