its not about how long u run its abt keeping ur heart rate up instead of runnin 4 a hr u cud do 10-15 mins intervals its da same result as runnin 4 30 min if not better cuz when u run 4 really long distances at a slow pace ur heart rate goes down 2 burn fat u hav 2 keep it up
