How to lose weight fast?
Okay, i’m 13 and going to highschool next year. Last summer, I sat on my butt, ate, and played video games. That made me gain alot of pounds. Next school year I wanna get fit. Im starting to drink more water. I drink Tropicana light, it’s lemonade with 5 calories a can. Any suggestions to get fit in 5 months?
Eating celery, fish and salad will help a lot when wanting to lose weight. They are not magical foods that make you lose weight, but by eating those you will not eat stuff that does make you gain weight.
Same as drinking water instead of drinking beer,., wine, carbonated drinks.

it is not only to eat diet food but also eat less. If you replace the food with water your stomach will be still as big as before. you just have to reduce the amount of food. My friends found good help with drinking water and sugar.

I have found by changing my diet and replacing junk food for more wholesome food and combining that with aerobic exercise is very effective. To lose weight and maintain the weight loss you need to come up with a plan that you will stick to. For example if you make an effort to exercise a couple of times a week – this could be cycling or brisk walking, playing football in the park for say 45mins to an hour, whatever you think you can stick to and you exchange sugary fatty foods for fresh fruit or low calories snacks you should find that you should be able to lose a couple of lbs a week. It is difficult to exercise for a longer period of time if you are not used to it so maybe start with 15-20mins then build it up every week. Do it gradually – you don’t want to go on a crash diet and lose loads of weight and make yourself ill. I lost 2 stone in 4-5 months by changing my diet and exercising for 30 minutes 3 times a week. I swapped fizzy drinks for sparkling flavoured water. You don’t need to deprive yourself of chocolate or crisps, just perhaps limit yourself to having this once a week.

First forget fast, neither water nor diet drinks actually cause you to lose weight, you need to eat less and do more exercise.

Never count on live programming. It’s important to stimulate your mind while your body is exerting itself in other ways. However, never rely on “what’s on TV or the radio” at the time. Instead of zoning out, you’ll find yourself flipping between channels – and that’s going to make the time drag as much as it would if you weren’t keeping your mind busy in the first place. “Live” is a very bad idea. Go with pre-recorded programming or go without.
