
im gonna use one of the two to help me boost up while i continue exercising and dieting.
but loads of people say either one and i cant decide which one to go with
what do u sudjest?
Haven’t tried either but I would say go with the green tea, I believe that acai berry thing is a scam.

Please dont waste your money on acai berry, its probably a scam and frankly i’m sick of seeing all of its spam everywhere. Green tea combined with diet for me helped me lose 12lbs, I drank 5 cups a day, one before each meal and the other two just whenever. It keeps you full, has good antioxidants and is yummy. Its also probably more easily accessible, as I dont think you can buy acai berry at your local grocery store
