How much exercise should i do for rapid weight loss?
if i eat the average 2000 calorie diet and get all my nutrients and don’t eat junk food, how much should i exercise everyday? Also, what kind of exercise should i do?
I’m looking to lose about 5 pounds every 1-2 weeks.
i don’t want a lecture about how losing weight fast is bad. i want an exercise plan.
You can’t drastically lose weight, that is dangerous! losing weight takes time.
For a healthy weight loss, you should lose 2-3lbs a week until you have about reached your weight goal!

you should work out in short increments at a high speed. (15 min with a calorie burning heart rate) and don’t give yourself more than 3 or 4 min rest in between each quick session. Cardio is best, and eliptical trainers will help with stress on your joints.
