Do weightloss products really work? What’s the best diet plan?
I’ve heard that green tea and acai berries work wonders. Is this true? Is it possible for me to get a free sample if it does really work? And if it doesn’t work, I still REALLY need to Loose Weight. I’m like somewhere between 160 and 180 and I am only 5"4. What can I do to lose weight? Lately i’ve been using Jillian Michaels workout DVDs
to be honest, alot of those products never really work
like on the biggest loser(jillian michaels is one of the trainers) its all about calorie intake, your portions, and working out.
i think that if you just start eating completly healthy and eating into smalller portions, and doing like 20 minutes of cardio a day, then im sure youll see results, also, try eating until your 80 percent full, i read that in a fitness magazine.
also, try going on the biggest loser website, they may have tips and advice on losing weight,
because itll be much healthier if you do it the right way, instead of taking some products.
and remeber, when you work out, dont kill yourself and go overboard, just do it alittle at a time

I’ve used every diet known to man but nothing worked as effectively as acai berry. I know they say that pills don’t work, nevertheless they sure worked for me, and they’ve been featured on CNN too.
